There is a company selling British greenbelt land plots in Singapore for approximate S$18,000. These plots were purchased for less than S$1,000 4 years ago. The land has no prospects for development and when the selling company fails the plots will almost certainly be worthless as the selling costs will likely exceed any residual value.
